| The Brittle Co. was formed in June 2008 by Justine Zulueta. The original product in the range was the very popular Peanut Brittle. It was a huge success, and within three months Peanut Brittle was in demand and in stores around Queensland. As the months went by, it became more apparent that there was a demand in the markets for other types of nuts; so on April 2009 we launched three new types: Macadamia, Cashew and Almond Brittle. Our products are gluten, wheat and preservative free. They are all handmade, and rolled to a wafer thinness for that perfect crunch! We only produce the best quality brittle and guarantee you’ll love this little treat.
